Jenna Fischer is playing a fiance on NBC's "The Office," and in real life! Fischer, 35, got engaged to writer Lee Kirk, 37, on June 30, 2009 while vacationing in Europe. The couple has been dating since January 2008, though the first we heard of it was at the Emmy Awards in September 2008. Details of the ring haven't been outed yet.

It's a natural pink pear cut 11 carat center stone, with two trillian side stones. Estimated value of $2.5 million.  From Argyle... they bought it in Australia when visiting in March 04.
