Bugliari proposed with a ring he designed that was made by Jim Lavi at Daniel Jewelry in La Jolla.
 

According to her TV interview, it is a Harry Winston 3-carat center diamond with trillian baguettes.

The couple met on a blind date in February. Their matchmaker had previously dated Schefft, and thought Watermen would be a better match. "I figured I had to go out with Joe since I'd never been set up by someone I'd already gone on a date with," she explains. Schefft and Waterman, who both hail from Ohio, plan to marry in Chicago in 2009, in a small traditional setting.  Details on the ring are still being scouted...Congrats Jen!
