Princess cut and halo antique setting, with 2 side trapezoid diamonds, pave diamonds on the sides and on the band. On a side note…I had the diamond set further down than shown in the photo which I think looks a little more subtle and it’s more practical for me but still pretty
One of the best days ever...my husband flys for the Air Force and was stationed in Mississippi. We are both from Cali so because he couldn't do it back home he had a little surprise in store on the Florida beaches when visiting a good friend. After a romantic dinner overseeing a wedding (pretty ironic) he proposed on the beach at the beautiful resort (the summer we met we spent every day at the beach before he left) but the best part was my hotel room was decked out in my favorite flowers, candles, dessert and champagne when I ran back to get the camera I totally didn't expect it:)

and similar to mine except that my center is 1.2, been considering replacing with 2 ct center however i’m nervous that it may sit too high. i’ve seen a couple on here with 2+ centers & they aren’t nearly as beautiful as yours. will you take a few more pics of the profile. i want to see how high your stone sits compared to your ring, if you dont mind.
also, originally i’d had a band made to fit flush against my ring and it looked terrible together. so i had my band redone to an eternity that i can wear alone. just curious whether you’re having a band made to fit your e-ring.
Thank you for your kind compliment! I took a few more pictures (sorry they are a little blurry…it wasn’t the best light) but hopefully it gives you a better idea of the height of the stone and I did end up getting a wedding band. I love having one and it doesn’t fit flush against my ring either, which is what I personally preferred. I bet yours will be gorgeous with a 2 ct. !!

Yes, yes, yes… I love it, it’s even more beautiful than I thought… Definitely gives me an idea of what mine could look like. Thanks so much!!!
I love your ring picked out something kinda similar, but not as beautiful as yours!! Soon to be engaged:) Out of all the rings your is defintely my favorite. Below is the ring I picked out with a 1 ct center stone that’s going to sit deeper into the settings. I do plan to upgrade a bigger center stone later on… Whatcha think ladies?? http://www.ultradiamonds.com/jewelry/detail.cfm?title=Peter%20Lam%20Designer%20Square%20Bezel%20Engagement%20Ring&mid=10166&cat_num=0&subcat_num=122#
Wow what a nice compliment, thank you. You picked out a beautiful ring! Ours definitely has a similar look and I think you’re smart to have it sit deeper into the setting. I’m sure you are so excited/anxious to get that on your finger. I have a marriage proposal blog Love, The Yes Girls and once he pops the question you should share how he does it!
