How to choose quality stainless steel jewelry?

First, I want to say "hello" to all of you since I am a newbie here.

Second, I want to ask for a question. I  know several stainless steel  jewelry  such as  stainless steel earring supplier, but I don't know how to choose or identify them ? I will buy one for my fiancee. thanks!
