Problems Uploading Picture

I am trying to add my ring, and whenever I upload a picture then preview the submission, someone else's ring appears!  This has happened twice already.  I e-mailed someone from this site, but no response.  Does anybody have an idea why this might be happening?

hi stacey- i have read about others having problems on this site with the same issue.  it seems that if your pictures have the same filenames as other peoples pictures, that their pictures may show up instead of yours.  try giving your pictures original names that likely no one else will have, and see if that works
