Lionel Tardif's store is where my then-fiance got our engagement ring 27 years ago. He's bought many other pieces of jewelry there since, for me and now for our daughters. Lionel has an eye for beautiful things, and he's helped make custom creations mixing gems and settings. I know his beautifully wrapped boxes at 50 paces!
