Ring Description

It's an Emerald cut center stone surrounded by pave diamonds in an antique setting. There are diamonds on both sides of the band as well as on the setting surrounding the center stone.

The proposal

Since David and I had been dating I had been asking to go to Disneyland. He finally surprised me with Disneyland tickets on the 2 year anniversary that we met, November 10, 2008. What I didn't know was that Disneyland tickets weren't going to be my only surprise that night. I immediately started planning which rides we would go on first, The Haunted Mansion being my favorite. David kept finding excuses not to go on the ride, he had gotten park hopper tickets so the other park closed earlier, other rides' lines were longer so it made sense to get those over with etc. Finally it was time to go on The Haunted Mansion, it was especially exciting becuase it was decorated in his all time favorite movie, The Nightmare Before Christmas. When we finally reached the elevator, I was busy looking at the pictures change as we were going down, and then I heard him yell out my name. When I turned around he was down on one knee asking me to marry him. I was estatic and it's a moment I will never forget. Props to David he kept the ring buttoned up in his pocket all day wrapped in a special cloth for fear that I would see the box and immediately know what it was, the same pocket I had him hold my lipgloss. I couldn't be more excited to be getting married in a few short months!!
