Can I wear a silver tiara with gold jewelry?

At my birthday party I want to wear a tiara. My jewelry is gold with red stones. Gold tiaras aren’t east to find. Can I just go ahead and wear a silver tiara with gold jewelry or would that be too much of a clash?

I wouldnt wear gold jewelry and a silver tiara, its either one or the other. Have you tried looking at claire’s? I bought one there about two years ago, they should still sale them.

No, that would be fine.
It’s definitely in style now to mix and match different colors, including gold and silver.
Go ahead and play with the colors.
You can even add silver accessories, like silver bangles a thin necklace.
Just my opinion.
Happy Birthday!

if ur tiara or your outfit has red in ti, then yes. if it doesn’t paint ur naild red or dark pink. other wise, just wear the gold and silver. it won’t matter, it’ll be gorgeous!

dont do it.
those other girls were jus tryin to make you feel better, but trust me, a honest opinion will save u from feeling less then perfect at ur birthday party. thats the last thing u wanna worry about
-its ur birthday and ur supposed to not have to worry about things like that and just have fun!
but you can find a silver tiara with no stones on it and buy some of that colored haispray kids use at high school footbalgames to tint it golden. (gold tinted hairspray)
-it can look less gold then your jewelry, but not silver.
that will clash really bad.

NO! Don’t do it,gold and silver together look tacky.

In my opinion, YES! Because a tiara ’stands alone, on its own’. If it "matched" your gold jewelry, it would lose its individuality and independent importance and classiness.
I would not wear a gold one even if you found one. Your Tiara needs to have sole attention and unique, glistening identity. Maybe you could even have it placed on your head at a particular time of the party, like after blowing out candles, or you make your "entrance" to the party after most of the guests have arrived and be "presented" by your mom or a special friend and have them put it on you then. Then greet your guests, or whatever! (my mind’s just going and going now! lol)
Hope my opinion helps — it’s just my thoughts.
And, HAVE A FABULOUS BIRTHDAY, LOVE! It’s YOUR day — make the most of it!

Since its your birthday i think you can pass with wearing a tiara, but a silver one with gold jewelry probli would clash and ruin the look your going for… maybe you could find some silver jewelry instead of a gold tiara??
i personlly would ditch the tiara cuz they tacky but like i said before its your birthday so have fun with it !xx
