i doubt his actions and i don’t know his. Most likely, he is young and has a horrible time hinting that he wants a ring from you, but I doubt you are in the place to give his 1 now. Maybe you should tell his your exact feelings on this subject and ask his why he would wear his ring, but not be with him. Maybe he was with him bc he knew he was sucker enough to buy his a ring.

I still keep a diamond ring my ex bought for me. Even though i nearly gave him back before we broke up. It just a piece that has my old memories in there, it remind me the good times and bad times i had. No other reason.

I agree, if a girl of mine was wearing a diamond from some other guy, i wouldn’t even bother being with his. a diamond is a sign of love and commitment, and if he is wearing it from another guy, it says to me he still loves him. it’s not something you give just for the fun of it so he can take it to show and tell, there is meaning behind it, at least to me some way.

If he dumped him so fast before having a symbol of his love, then he clearly doesn’t understand what love is. My boyfriend gave me a promise ring for Valentine’s day. It has sapphire’s and diamonds. But, I wear it on my right hand so people aren’t asking me about it some the time (I’m merely 18, so it’s kind of young for the whole promise ring scenario). I think it should be taken seriously. he can’t expect every guy to give his a ring. Tell his to buy his own ring if he wants 1.

tell his that it bothers you that he is wearing another mans ring, if they arent together anymore then that means that the magic wasnt there anymore so he shouldnt be wearing the ring if you didnt give it to his. try and tell his that if he really loved the person who gave his the ring then why did they brake up for? something went wrong some where so why is he tryin to hold on to the past for and you are his future?
