What’s the better deal? A trip to Atlantis or a cruise to the Bahama’s for 6 days?

My husband and I are both military and have not taken a honeymoon yet (we have 2 children). We want to go to the carribean and get the best out of it for 6 days. Great food and great excursions, just a good time for first timers. If you choose a cruise, which one is a good cruise with good food? I prefer it’s a fun cruise. Also if we stay at Atlantis, do they have package deals?

The better deal is a cruise because it includes food and cabin. Atlantis’s is expensive but they just started a dining plan. Check out their website
I would check out this site for cruises.

Carnival is a fun cruise line with many families cruising, you may want something more romantic, I would check out Royal Caribbean cruise lines.
Here is the Atlantis website

Have a great time and a belated best wishes on your marriage)

A trip to Atlantis our family loves it so much that we bought a timeshare but the only bad thing about it is the coast where you have to pay like $900 every day for a room in the good towers so hoe you have fun with w/e you do

The Atlantis No longer does meal plans and food is $$$$. It will be a vacation you will always remember though and probally would be worth doing.
By far a cruise is going to be the cheapest way to go for both of you. Look Into Royal Caribbean or Carnival for a "fun" cruise. Many of the other lines are mainly filled with senior citizens.
I have been on many cruises and the food varies by boat, Restaurant and by the time of day. You could take the same cruise twice and have horrible food the first time and amazing food the next. It depends on the food staff and who is cooking. While on board expect lobster, filet mignon, beef wellington, baked alaska, bananas foster and just abount anything else you could dream of. The ships aim to please and serve amazing meals and you do not pay for while on board. Its included with your ticket. Have fun planning and enjoy your vacation!
