I’m actually staying in Gatlinburg now as I write this, I’ll second what Donna says. Gatlinburg is known as a family trip destination, middle of the bible belt, nearly no nightlife or adult oriented entertainment. Lots of supper shows, (family oriented) comedy shows, magic shows, supper theater, that sort of thing - but Vegas, it’s not. Lots of mini-golf, go-carts, a real kind aquarium, Dollywood if you’re into amusement parks.
Stick to the cabin (and I’m sure it has a hot tub…..) for the adult entertainment, try some of the general entertainment items I described above and Smokey Mtn National Park during the day.

There is NO nightlife in Gatlinburg, Tn! You are in the middle of the Bible belt. You would have to visit Knoxville (about 40 miles) to find some of those things. A few of the restaurants sell alcohol, but I don’t believe that there are some "bars or night clubs". I have a question - you are taking your new husband to a strip club on your honeymoon?
