• Where is the best nightlife in Gatlinburg Tennessee?

    My fiance and I love the mountains. We have decided to go to Gatlinburg for our honeymoon. We are renting a luxury cabin. Where is the nightlife? We are in search of bars, nightclubs and strip clubs too.

    I’m actually staying in Gatlinburg now as I write this, I’ll second what Donna says. Gatlinburg is known as a family vacation destination, middle of the bible belt, almost no nightlife or adult oriented entertainment. Lots of dinner shows, (family oriented) comedy shows, magic shows, dinner theater, that sort of thing - but Vegas, it’s not. Lots of mini-golf, go-carts, a real nice aquarium, Dollywood if you’re into amusement parks.

    Stick to the cabin (and I’m sure it has a hot tub…..) for the adult entertainment, try some of the general entertainment items I listed above and Smokey Mtn National Park during the day.

    There is NO nightlife in Gatlinburg, Tn! You are in the middle of the Bible belt. You would have to go to Knoxville (about 40 miles) to find any of those things. A few of the restaurants sell alcohol, but I don’t believe that there are any "bars or night clubs". I have a question - you are taking your new husband to a strip club on your honeymoon?
