Teresa Palmer and Mark Webber Married in Mexico

Australian actress Teresa Palmer is officially off the market. She married her boyfriend oh one year Mark Webber in Mexico this past December 21st, but we’ve only just now managed to get our hands on the photographs. Palmer was noticeably pregnant with the couple’s son—Bodhi Rain—and glowing as she said “I do” to the actor/director. The baby’s name translates to awakened one, abundant blessings from above.

The Warm Bodies star donned a custom made lace Pallas Couture dress with gorgeous lace embroidery that beautifully accentuated her baby belly. The oceanside Punta Mita wedding served as the perfect backdrop for this couple, who are known for their natural lifestyle—even Bodhi was birthed that way! Mark was looking pretty good too, in his Perry Ellis suit. Teresa’s dirty blonde locks were perfect in a casual beachy updo with a flowered hair wreath.

The couple included traditions from Christian, Hindu, Native American and Buddhist backgrounds in their ceremony, which was small, hosting only the couple’s family and closest friends. Palmer inherited a stepson in the marriage as well, Isaac Love, Webber’s son from a previous relationship with actress Frankie Shaw. The newlyweds, Isaac, and baby Bodhi currently reside in the Beachwood Canyon neighborhood of Los Angeles.

Kandi Burruss & Todd Tucker Tie the Knot!

The wedding we’ve been waiting for since Todd first dropped to his knee in January of 2013 has finally happened. Kandi Burruss of the Real Housewives of Atlanta and her television line producer fiancé Todd Tucker got married last weekend at a lavish Coming to America themed wedding at Atlanta’s Le Fais Do-Do event center. The Friday evening ceremony was star-studded for sure, with 300 guests including fellow housewives Cynthia Bailey, Sheree Whitfield and Porsha Williams, as well as Keyshia Knight Pulliam and Monica.

The matron of honor was Tamera Wynn, a friend of Kandi’s. The housewife’s bestie and assistant Carmon Cambrice served as maid of honor, despite Burruss’ mother’s issues with her daughter’s BFF. Bridesmaids were wife of rapper T.I. Tameka “Tiny” Harris, Fantasia Barrino, fellow RHOA castmates Joyce Dallas and Phaedra Parks, and Rasheeda Frost of Love & Hip Hop Atlanta. Everyone in the wedding party wore white, which complimented Kandi’s gold toned gown beautifully. Meanwhile, guests were asked to wear various shades of purple.

Kandi’s custom made Reco Chapple wedding gown boasted a 12-foot long train (image 1)! The down reportedly set the songstress back about $20,000. The nude hued dress hugged all of the housewife’s curves, accentuating them with embroidered jewels, all culminating to a mermaid tail of ostrich feathers gathered at the bottom. The most unique part of the bride’s get-up has to be the crown-like tiara she wore that has many guessing if she was going for a hip-hop royalty look. Either way, we love Kandi’s look and can’t wait to see all the behind-the-scene’s action on Bravo’s The Real Housewives of Atlanta: Kandi’s Wedding.

The wedding theme was credited to the famous Eddie Murphy movie to acknowledge Africa, where the couple (image 2) initially met one another. So how much does a wedding like this cost you might ask? Oh, only around $400,000; that’s if you desire a wedding where you’re greeted by live lions! Now what do you think Mama Joyce will have to say about that? All kidding aside, we’re happy to report that Mama Joyce (image 3) was on her best behavior during the entire event.

From Tragedy to Newlywed Bliss

Boston-Marathon-Bombing-wedding-couple

Rebekah Gregory and Pete DiMartino aren’t household names. In fact, we’re dubbing them new celebrities. If you get into People Magazine, you’re a celeb in our book. This month marks a horrific memory for the couple, and rather than dwell on that, they decided to make new springtime memories together. In April of 2013, Gregory and DiMartino were among the injured victims of the Boston Marathon bombings.

Fast forward almost a year later to April 4th of this year and the lovebirds have said “I do” in front of 150 friends and family members. The bride wore a gorgeous Sophia Moncelli for Kleinfeld wedding gown. The fit-and-flare number had the groom mesmerized as Rebekah traipsed down the aisle with her father Tim and her 6-year-old son Noah in tow. It’s still a struggle for Rebekah to walk since the marathon tragedy that left her in a wheelchair, and she may very well have to amputate her leg soon after sixteen surgeries to try and save it.

The pair were actually on the sidelines that day in downtown Boston cheering for Pete’s mother, who was running. Pete suffered several broken bones in his ankles in addition to losing nearly his entire Achilles’ tendon, which had to be reconstructed, as well as both of his eardrums. Rebekah faced a serious bone infection, significant loss of soft tissue, and needed her entire ankle rebuilt.

The couple’s real life enchanted garden themed dream wedding was sponsored by Ralph Lauren Romance via TheKnot. Readers actually voted for the pair to win this wedding of a lifetime, held at the Biltmore Estate in Asheville, NC. The newlyweds say months of struggle and physical therapy has only brought them closer to one another.
